Hughes and Associated Contractors (Zigbot Media) may at times request certain personal information from you (Client) for the use of communicative contact as per individual contact. Unless otherwise specified and agreed to by both Zigbot Media and Client, information is not to be sold, shared, or otherwise distributed to third parties non-essential to projects under agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Third-Party Account Information

Zigbot Media may require sensitive information such as ftp account information and various third-party username/passwords in order to provide contracted service. The Client may willfully provide necessary information as needed per contract and retains any and all risk, liability, and power over doing so. Unless otherwise specified and agreed to by both Zigbot Media and Client, information is not to be sold, shared, or otherwise distributed to third parties non-essential to projects under agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Legal Disclaimer

Zigbotmedia.com reserves the right to share billing and account information, as well as contract details, when required by law or in the event that it become necessary to protect and defend against legal proceedings, or when required by any judicial process involving Zigbot Media and associated.

Removal of Personal Information

At any time, the Client may have all personal or third-party account information changed or removed. Billing and accounts records are property of Zigbot Media and are available to the Client at the sole discretion of Zigbot Media and associated.

This privacy policy may change during the ongoing development of Zigbot Media and the associated projects of Bryan D. Hughes. Zigbot Media reserves the right to change this policy as needed without further notification.
